Our Own Meats

We offer lamb cuts as well as half and whole lambs. We will restock lamb in November 2022. Lamb will be USDA certified and processed respectfully and humanely. Call or email to reserve a whole or half lamb today.

We also offer whole chickens, restocking in early August.

In addition, we will be Thanksgiving Turkeys. Send us an email or give us a call to reserve your Thanksgiving centerpiece today.

Both the chickens and turkeys are grain fed and raised on pasture and rotated through the fields so the birds have the opportunity to eat as many bugs and tender grass tips as they desire.
